Cadette Troop 57592 is hosting a Brownie Quest Journey Event.
During this journey event, Brownies will earn the Connect Key and the Discover Key. The Take Action Project is not included in this event and will need to be completed outside of this event.

Represent Valley Lake Girl Scouts as we participate in the Apple Valley Freedom Days parade.
Girl Scouts of all levels are invited to ride on the Valley Lake float/truck in the parade. Please wear your vest/sash.
Date: Tuesday, July 4th
Time: approximately 12:00pm (more details will be provided this summer)
Location: Meeting point/staging area is typically along Whitney Dr. and Pennock Ave. A map of the parade route will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
Parade ending point is Apple Valley High School. You must pick up your Girl Scout as soon as the truck/float arrives at the high school.
Cost: None
Adult volunteers are needed for this event to supervise girls, carry flags, and pass out candy.
Donations of non-melty candy are needed.

Please Join us for a fun outdoor event to learn all about some of our favorite Girl Scout traditions! Troops will travel together from station to station to complete a variety of activities.

(no cost for C/S/A volunteers)
Cost includes a Girl Scout Way badge or a Fun Patch. Payment can be made on the day of the event at check-in.
Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassador are needed to run stations. Supplies and instructions will be provided for each station. There is no cost for C/S/A Girl Scout volunteers running stations.
